Business Developer Manager who
has at least 3 years of experience
in the role.
Place of work: Tirana, Albania
Working hours: dalle 10:00 alle 18:00 (Lunedì - Sabato)
What your role will be?
The Business Developer will have a strategic role in our company. His work is based on the identification and assessment of business models to be followed to penetrate new markets.
The Business Development Manager will deal in particular with the B2B sector and despite having great freedom of action, his role requires a high level of cooperation with the rest of the team involved in thesales process.
He must ensure that customers are fully satisfied and be able to represent the company's image in the best possible way.
The activities of
the Business Developer
In our company carry out the following activities:
Identify potential customers, contact them and create
new business opportunities
Work with the team to develop proposals that meet
the needs and objectives of the clients
Participate in the identification of prices and services
Attend weekly department meetings
Identification and resolution of customer problems
Aim for business growth
Periodically submit reports and analyzes on the
reference market with accurate forecasts

Are you the right person?
What are the skills needed to apply:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proven negotiation skills
Good use of IT tools
Fluent English and German, both in written and verbal form
Ability to build new relationships and maintain current ones
Spirit of initiative and ability to adapt to changes
